Do XS Bags and Boxes offer insurance?

XS Bags and Boxes provide a maximum of US$100.00 for loss any shipment. Claims are limited to one claim per shipment, settlement of which will be full and final settlement for all loss in connection therewith. If XS bags and Boxes customers regards these limits as insufficient the customer must make their own insurance arrangements, failing which the customer assumes all risks for loss or damage.

This maximum insurance cover does not include damage to the shipment.

XS Bags and Boxes keep our costs to a minimum by utilising the international postal network. Whilst this is normally a very reliable service the customer assumes all risk and it is advised you seek your own insurance if your items are of significant value.
